Be sure that you drink enough water throughout the day.
As this may well be a new concept for you, may I show you how The Way You Eat Works on a daily basis...

Wake Up and do some simple exercises perhaps in your bathroom. Drink plenty of water. Women take Curb & Men take Emperors Formula. Clean teeth, shower, apply any lotions and potions, get dressed. Have Breakfast. (Try to include oats as they are great balancers). Eat your breakfast then Stop Eating. Allow your stomach to rest whist you carry on with your morning. After a couple of hours you might want to drink some water.

Half an hour before lunch women should take Curb. Men do not need to take anything. Have Lunch. Why not have some soup. (no need to eat bread with the soup).Then eat some good, clean protein with plenty of salad and vegetables. The carbohydrate content in the food should not be the main ingredient. Notice the meal in the picture. The picture shows a full plate of salad using avocado which is a marvellous food containing essential oils. Notice the meal does not need to have potato, pasta or bread; it could perhaps include corn on the cob. Choose different vegetables. Go to the market/supermarket and choose different vegetables. Eat your Lunch until you are full, without feeling bloated. Then Stop Eating. Allow the stomach to rest whilst you carry on with your afternoon. After a couple of hours you might want to drink some water.

At tea time, if you are hungry, have some fresh fruit. Choose any of the delightful selection of fruits available today. This is a great time for looking at colours and flavours. Enjoy the fruit. Perhaps drink a fruit smoothie or whatever you fancy on the fruit front. Eat fruit until your hunger has gone then Stop Eating.

Half an hour before supper women take Curb. Men take Emperors Formula. Have Supper. Have some light protein perhaps fish with a good salad (chopped tomato, onion, half an avocado, herbs and olive oil). Or chicken with a beetroot and onion salad. Or lentil and a little rice. Why not have a dessert of nuts and seeds mixed with a spoonful of oats and natural yogurt? Then Stop Eating, carry on with your evening. On the food front eat nothing just look forward to tomorrow's breakfast.If you need to perhaps drink a little water.

At Meal Times ---You will need to listen to your body. Only eat until you are full. Do not cram food in for the sake of it. Allow time for the natural absorption of the food, allow the body to digest, then time to cleanse, to rest and be ready for the next meal. To eat again soon after a meal must cause fermentation. This is uncomfortable and hard work for your body. Listen to your body. Breathe out. Breathe in. Walk. Remember, Take Control

Still Hungry?--- are you really hungry or are you tired? or thirsty? Perhaps you need to do some deep breathing or perhaps you need to get outside for a while. At least away from your present situation. Taking a little exercise helps re-focus the mind. The idea is to get into a routine of eating 3 meals a day with fruit at tea time then to stop thinking about food. Respect your body. Establish your own routine to include healthy eating, exercise and rest. Allow the body to work in its own natural way.
