Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse through our
catalogue, click on any items you wish to buy and add them to your
shopping cart. When you have made your selection, click on "Check
Out" to complete the purchase. You will be asked for a few details
that we need to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard. You have the
choice of completing your purchase in a range of currencies including
pounds sterling, US dollars and Euros. If your preferred currency is
not listed, simply place your order in pounds or dollars and your
credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
Viewing or Changing Your Order
If you would like to view your order, change the number of items ordered
or delete an item from your order, click on View Cart (in the menu on the
top left-hand side of your browser window).

All prices on this web site are quoted in pounds sterling.

For UK and International orders, a shipping charge will be added to cover postage and packing.

- Order value between £30 and £50, add £4.50
- Order value greater than £50, add £6.00
For International orders the following shipping rates will apply:
- USA Overnight add £13, Air Shipping add £9, Ground Shipping add £5. (delivered from Neways USA)
- Canada CP Mail add £5.00 (delivered from Neways Canada)
- Australia Capital City add £4.40, Elsewhere add £5.20 (delivered from Neways Australia)
- New Zealand add £3.00 (delivered from Neways New Zealand)
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands add £6.00
- Austria, France add £12.00
- Denmark, Spain add £13.00
- Italy, Portugal add £17.00
- Norway, Sweden, Switzerland add £19.00
- Elsewhere add £25 (delivered from the UK)
Delivery Schedule
Delivery times vary. We will normally send your order within five
business days. For International orders, you should allow twenty one
days.
Items Not In Stock
If an item is not in stock, you will be e-mailed with the option to
cancel your order or to wait for the item to come in.
