Omega 3 EPA

The typical diet consists of too much saturated fat. This is consumed in everything from snack foods to desserts. One may walk down nearly any supermarket aisle and find "fat free" or "low fat" products but these often never taste quite as good as the original products that they were intended to replace. Dietary recommendations tout "reducing fat intake" as the best way to lose weight. This message bombards us every time we open a magazine or turn on our television sets.

In spite of the antipathy against fats the body does need and use certain types of fat, particularly the Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's) Omega 3 EPA provides some of the EFA's in which many people's diets are the most deficient.

The Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) in Omega 3 EPA are derived from fish oils and support the body's maintenance of blood lipids, such as cholesterol. These fatty acids, integral to total body health, also to support the formation of healthy cell membranes and to promote normal circulatory health. In addition to supporting the maintenance of healthy muscles, the Omega 3 EFA's also lend support to the maintenance of healthy joints. Vitamin E, a natural antioxidant, has also been added to Omega 3 EPA's nutritional formula.

Usage:

Take one softgel three times daily, with a meal. Refrigerate after opening.
